Qualifications/Skills/Experience

  • 2+ years experience on the agency side of the advertising model
  • Articulate in written and oral communication

  • Excellent judgment in agency and client needs assessments
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods, a plus
  • Sales experience, a plus
  • Flexibility in working with a variety of clients

As the face of the agency, the Senior Account Executive serves as the liaison between the agency and the client(s), ensuring a valuable, thriving relationship with the client. This individual develops and manages marketing and digital projects. The Senior Account Executive administers budgeting, reporting, and data analysis for clients.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Writes strategic briefs, approves and guides improvements on creative, digital, PR, and media briefs for clients
  • Partners with strategic team to craft strategic plans for all clients, as needed – own the production of final deliverables
  • Refines internal strategic processes across disciplines
  • Partners with strategic team to craft new business and proprietary tool presentations, as needed – often owns the production of the final deliverable
  • Provides guidance and assistance in implementing market research, Warren Douglas proprietary tool applications, as well as MRI and other applications for all clients, as applicable
  • Oversees budget of assigned clients
  • Executes planning, design, and development of client and internal projects
  • Provides account management services for client(s) – emails, project management, reporting, social content review and approval, estimates, and SOW development and management
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in agency-side account management or media buying (experience in eye care, preferred)
  • Bachelor degree required
  • Strong skills in creating and proofing presentations
  • Proficient in building spreadsheets, managing budgets, and forecasting financials
  • Thorough understanding of consumer marketing
  • Poised communication skills with attention to detail and timeline management
  • Excellent social skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage last-minute requests
  • Self-starter, lifelong learner
  • Enjoys working with teams as well as autonomously
  • Hybrid work environment
