The back-end developer is responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users.  Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.  You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the applications you build.

The Account Coordinator provides administrative and client support to account executives. The Account Coordinator assists in the day-to-day administration of creative and digital initiatives on client accounts. The Digital Strategy Lead will create, monitor, and report on paid social campaigns. This person will work on a variety of paid social accounts across multiple social platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, and more. While working closely with other teams and departments, the Digital Strategy Lead requires strong skills in working with and managing high levels of data. Do you love numbers?     • Brainstorm and develop tactical, purposeful paid social campaigns designed to drive, and exceed, client goals
    • Monitor and report on campaigns on a week-to-week, month-to-month basis, depending on client needs, presenting findings to clients and team members, as needed
    • Manage relationship with Facebook representatives
    • Handle investment from clients in an ethical, strategic way

The UI/UX Developer is responsible for applying interactive and visual design principles on websites and web applications for a positive and cohesive user experience. This individual observes user behavior to improve the visible design of an application. Primary goals include raising user satisfaction, decreasing user churn, and ensuring user-based company goals are reached.
