The Marketing Analyst Intern will participate in marketing research and management of internal systems and tools. The intern will work closely with team members in using and developing detailed research tools and analyzing data. The intern must exhibit a commitment to pursuing resolutions to challenging projects.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Provide competitive research and analysis support
  • Assist with collection, analysis, and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative data sets
  • Assist with strategic initiatives, including research and insights
  • Maintain awareness of marketing and consumer trends
  • Work in Paid Search, but also assist other platforms/teams, as needed

The Web Developer Intern gains hands-on experience coding websites for a variety of agency clients. The intern will assist the development team with client projects and implementations as well.

  • Maintain and update current sites, including WD website
  • Assist in providing technical consultation and support to team
  • Assist with website development, QA, content population, and testing
  • Collaborate with other developers to handle client requests
  • Develop and publish electronic newsletters

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

  • Previous experience in HTML5, CSS3 and Adobe Suite
  • Knowledge of React, WordPress, Ruby, JavaScript, JQuery or PHP, a plus
  • Eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and emerging technologies
  • Ability to learn new technologies
  • Capable of working in Mac OS

The Account Executive exists to create a buffer between the agency departments and the client, serving as a liaison for project completion. The Account Executive keeps projects on track and communicates goals and objectives while managing final deliverables.

The Marketing Analyst will work with the Data Science team to analyze data, develop reporting, and create strategic marketing campaigns. This will include working directly on websites, using analytical tools, such as Google analytics, and working inside the Google and Bing suite of tools.

  • Manages, develops, and coordinates website reporting KPIs
  • Creates monthly SEO and SEM reports
  • Manages digital campaign loads, builds, and maintenance into Google/Bing
  • Fulfills ad hoc reporting requests
  • Performs Data Sciences/Marketing Sciences reporting duties related to billing, data, dashboard maintenance, etc.
  • Helps set up KPI tracking
  • Plans pitches for full digital campaigns that are in multiple swim lanes
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

  • 1 year of experience working Google Ads
  • 1 year of experience working in Google Analytics
  • Familiar with Google Search Console and Bing platforms
  • Know the basics of SEO
  • Mastery of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Mac and Word
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Punctual
  • Pursues understanding of changes in internet and media platforms
  • Familiar with mathematical equations
