WD’s Parker Appointed to CIS-Tarrant County Board

(Fort Worth, TX) — Scott Parker, Senior Vice President of Marketing Innovation for Warren Douglas Advertising, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for Communities in Schools, Greater Tarrant County.

Parker, a Memphis native, joined Warren Douglas in 2006. He holds Bachelor’s degrees from Harding University and the University of Memphis, and an MBA from SMU’s Cox School of Business, and oversees the Account Services, Strategy, Media and Public Relations Departments at Warren Douglas.

CIS in Tarrant County is part of a national dropout prevention network with over 200 affiliates nationwide. Brought to Tarrant County in 1992 by a United Way taskforce that saw a need for an effective and efficient stay-in-school program, over the past 22 years, effective results and growing support have allowed the affiliate to expand into 46 schools across 10 Tarrant County school districts, serving over 25,000 students.
