Fort Worth, TX (June 2019) – Warren Douglas Advertising recently welcomed two team members to the account service and digital departments. From their respective teams, these employees will use their skills to drive results for the agency’s growing client portfolio, furthering the Warren Douglas mission of helping premium brands thrive.

Joel Pratt

Pratt joins Warren Douglas as a Full-Stack Developer, responsible for collaborating with project leads and creatives to develop software solutions for clients. Using a variety of server-side languages, front-end languages, and database technologies, Pratt develops optimized client-side code for a polished front-end experience.

“Agencies are great at identifying and solving problems for clients. One of the core aspects of being a developer is having an inherent interest in solving technical problems,” said Pratt. “I enjoy working in an agency environment because creativity encourages elegant solutions that serve a multitude of purposes.”

Pratt is set to complete his computer science degree from Weatherford College next year, after more than a decade of experience as a web developer for agencies and marketing companies. He says it is never too late for further education, and he is thankful that he gets to do so with his wife and 5-year-old daughter. Pratt also enjoys building custom computers and producing music with digital audio workstation software.

Madison Marsh

Marsh is a natural communicator, problem solver, and task manager, who will support Warren Douglas’ clients as Account Executive. In this role, she will oversee projects from the initial brief to final deliverable, while simultaneously communicating with clients and handling internal timelines and resources.

“I was drawn to Warren Douglas because of the exciting portfolio of clients and the passionate people that work here,” said Marsh. “I’m looking forward to helping grow the premium brands managed by the WD alongside some brilliant people!”

Marsh is a 2017 graduate of Texas Christian University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication with an emphasis in public relations and advertising. She has two Labradors, one blonde and one brunette, who love to run around TCU and are excited to visit the office on Fridays!
