As a key member of the leadership team, Allen is responsible for overseeing account services and new business development, as well as leading the brand and marketing strategy for Warren Douglas’ clients and partners.
Allen uses his unique expertise in retail, consumer packaged goods, and business systems consulting to fulfill Warren Douglas’ mission of helping premium brands thrive.

Before joining Warren Douglas, Allen spent more than fifteen years as a brand management and marketing leader, working with two of the largest and most successful global brands – Coca-Cola North America and Walmart, Inc. He also spent six years at Accenture, where he consulted for over a dozen Fortune 500 companies.
Allen’s prior experience includes creating and leading “Effortless Meals,” a national marketing program that received two Effie Awards and won Coca-Cola’s Global Best in Class Commercialization Award, as well as developing and leading the $63 million “Basket Claims” campaign, which was recognized by Walmart senior management as one of the most impactful marketing programs in company history.
He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in management information systems from Texas Tech University and his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
