Warren Douglas Advertising Selected as One of the 2016 Best Companies to Work For

 Fort Worth, TX (November 11, 2016) – Warren Douglas Advertising was recently selected as one of the 2016 Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth.

An awards luncheon was held at the Fort Worth Club on Nov. 9, where each winning company was recognized. The list of the Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth was created by FW Inc. magazine, along with Fort Worth, Texas magazine and Best Companies Group, a third party research group that specializes in employer and employee human resources.

This survey and award program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Greater Fort Worth, benefiting the city’s economy, its work force and businesses.

To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

• Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business;
• Be a publicly or privately held business or government entity/municipality;
• Have a facility in Fort Worth or one of the contiguous north, south and western counties within 30 miles;
• Have at least 15 employees working in Fort Worth;
• Be in business a minimum of one year.

Organizations from across Greater Fort Worth entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top organizations and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration, survey and analysis process and determined the final rankings.

The Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth program is the cover feature story in the November issue of FW Inc., which includes the list and rankings of the inaugural award’s program. The issue will be on sale at newsstands beginning Nov. 17. The list and rankings will also be featured in the December issue of Fort Worth, Texas magazine.
