An ad agency focused onperformance & partnership.

Welcome.

Warren Douglas is ready to partner with you.

Based in the Dallas Fort Worth area, Warren Douglas has helped consumer brands launch, scale, or grow in ways that outpace or contradict the norms in their respective industries. As a Google Premier Partner, we’re also one of the best-performing digital advertising agencies in the nation.

Most of our clients are competing with brands that can out-spend them. Our approach helps us detect digital and traditional opportunities overlooked by the competition. We use those opportunities to generate momentum without compromising price or positioning for the consumer brands we serve.

What marketing problem are you trying to solve?

Taan Worldwide Member

A global network of independent marketing agencies

Warren Douglas is a member of Taan Worldwide, a global network of independent marketing agencies whose principals gather twice a year to share advertising best practices and the latest innovations. Each of the 46 member companies, representing 58 cities and 26 countries, have been approved for membership based on their willingness to collaborate by being open, inventive, connected, and curious. Over the years, Taan travel has taken our CEO and other employees to cities such as London, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Singapore, Hong Kong, Helsinki, and Amsterdam, among others.

Warren Douglas uses the insights gleaned from other Taan members and our meetings together to ensure we are capitalizing on emerging technologies and ideas that may be relevant for our clients.

Braden Douglas

From Procter & Gamble to a successful career at Frito-Lay, and most recently a best-selling author and speaker; Braden has always made things happen. He’s been a visionary, mentor, strategist and relentlessly positive force for the agency and clients. As a thought-leader, he enjoys sharing his knowledge with leaders everywhere.

Doug Briley

Our COO started his career in marketing at Mrs Baird’s Bakeries in Fort Worth, working closely with the product management and finance departments in supporting retail promotions and analyzing their profitability. He left Mrs Baird’s and started his own advertising agency in 1998. Since then, Doug has grown Warren Douglas into a multi-million dollar entity with 40+ employees and clients in a wide range of industries, including consumer goods, finance, healthcare, energy, education, technology, and a host of others. A native Texan, Doug holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Michigan State University. He is an accomplished pianist and composer, actively serving on the music team at Watermark Community Church. He is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Fort Worth and serves on the board of Covenant Classical School and Global Aid Network. Doug loves to snow ski with his wife and their four children, all of whom are far more athletic than he ever was.

Dr. Cassidy Newton

Our aptly named Cassidy Newton comes equipped with a Ph.D. in Physics and an MBA. Cassidy’s love for all things numeric adds up to keen strategic insight on the volumes of marketing data that's so critical to our clients, but often so daunting to decipher. She is a dedicated (and we mean dedicated) TCU football fan, and her equal ability to converse in depth on the mysteries of the space/time continuum just adds to her charm! Cassidy joined the team in July of 2012.

Gerald Schoenhoff

Gerald’s shelf of international creative awards includes Gold Lions, Gold Pencils and a lot of little gold M’s. He’s been recognized for excellence in every medium and brings that talent to every project. His clients have included Coke, Sleeman, Crown Royal and Little Caesar’s.

Pam Brookshear

Pam spent 18 years teaching in local schools before eventually becoming the Grammar School Headmaster at Covenant Classical School. She now serves as Warren Douglas’ Executive Assistant to the CEO as well as Recruiting Manager. In reality, Pam wears a variety of hats for our team: classic literature consultant, chief morale officer, hospitality advisor,… and that’s just at the office. Ask her about Fantasy Football, Oklahoma State University, or her grandchildren.

Josh Cairns

Josh’s experience ranges from mentoring tech startups to working with brands like Microsoft, Ford, and Sunoco (and everything in between). With a unique entrepreneurial approach, he loves showing potential clients what life looks like with an impact-focused approach to marketing – preferably while playing golf.

Randall Hooker

In the last 30 years, Randall has created some of the most compelling and memorable stories in advertising and is constantly looking for new ways to tell even bigger and better ones. Randall’s latest story-telling adventures include integrated campaigns for clients such as AOL, UPS, American Airlines, Hoover, Rosetta Stone, BFGoodrich, NASCAR and Delta. His integrated POV comes as a result of his own experience cutting across digital, traditional and direct marketing focused shops including Digitas, The Martin Agency, Temerlin McClain (now TM) and Rapp Collins. Over the years, Randall has come to believe that the best work, no matter what it is, starts with a great idea that organically flows to the channels that tell the story of that brand best.

Jantzen Moeller

After being born and raised in Oregon, Jantzen earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oregon State University, solidifying his lifelong fandom. In fact, his love of sports led him down an analyst’s career path. He loves projecting what will happen if we take "x" and apply it to "y". What began as a March Madness and Fantasy Football hack became a career in data science with Warren Douglas that began in 2016. When he's not crunching numbers for great client results, Jantzen enjoys hiking with his wife and dogs, hitting the golf course on the weekend, and is always on the lookout for a good dad joke.

Nate Douglas

Nate’s entire career has been in food, working on brands for McCain and Lactalis (Parmalat). With a deep understanding of consumer habits, campaign development and P&L improvements in the food space, he plays a key role and leads our efforts for growing and maturing brands.

Paul Davis

Paul is our award-winning Senior Art Director with over 25 years of agency and in-house experience. Due to his appetite for knowledge, Paul has added his creative touch to almost every form of branding and advertising ranging from print, packaging, radio/TV, motion graphics, 3D digital animation, photography and social media. Any free time is spent on two wheels, whether it be road cycling, mountain biking or riding motorcycles with his wife, Gretchen.

Joel Pratt

With over 13 years of experience supporting the development life-cycle process, Joel Pratt provides digital and marketing proficiency spanning many industries. He has been passionately consumed by computers and software since 1996 ever since his grandfather introduced him to a Power Macintosh 7200. His award-winning work has contributed to the digital presence of brands such as Texas Christian University, Howard Payne University, and Sprint. In his journey with Warren Douglas, he has helped to obtain several awards from the American Advertising Federation - Fort Worth for websites that he and his team have developed. Majoring in Information Technology through Weatherford College with Information Systems, Web Development, and Database Programming degrees, Joel continues to expand his education further and is a proud member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Understanding that software is built for people, Joel's appreciation for user experience, optimal performance, and usability shines through his work. He and his wife Calandra have a daughter named Olivia and enjoy playing every iteration of tabletop games they can find.
