Warren Douglas is a member of Taan Worldwide, a global network of independent marketing agencies whose principals gather twice a year to share advertising best practices and the latest innovations. Each of the 46 member companies, representing 58 cities and 26 countries, have been approved for membership based on their willingness to collaborate by being open, inventive, connected, and curious. Over the years, Taan travel has taken our CEO and other employees to cities such as London, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Singapore, Hong Kong, Helsinki, and Amsterdam, among others.
Warren Douglas uses the insights gleaned from other Taan members and our meetings together to ensure we are capitalizing on emerging technologies and ideas that may be relevant for our clients.
Our CEO started his career in marketing at Mrs Baird’s Bakeries in Fort Worth, working closely with the product management and finance departments in supporting retail promotions and analyzing their profitability. He left Mrs Baird’s and started his own advertising agency in 1998. Since then, Doug has grown Warren Douglas into a multi-million dollar entity with 40+ employees and clients in a wide range of industries, including consumer goods, finance, healthcare, energy, education, technology, and a host of others. A native Texan, Doug holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Michigan State University. He is an accomplished pianist and composer, actively serving on the music team at Watermark Community Church. He is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Fort Worth and serves on the board of Covenant Classical School and Global Aid Network. Doug loves to snow ski with his wife and their four children, all of whom are far more athletic than he ever was.
With over 16 years of experience in Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Consulting, Drew Allen brings an exceptional level of expertise to the Warren Douglas team as Chief Strategy Officer. An industry leader in marketing and brand management, Drew has worked with some of the largest and most successful global brands like Coca-Cola and Walmart, just to name a few. He also spent six years at Accenture, where he consulted for over a dozen Fortune 500 companies. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University and his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at UT Austin. He and his wife Brigid have a daughter named CJ and a son on the way, arriving January 2019.
Our aptly named Cassidy Newton comes equipped with a Ph.D. in Physics and an MBA. Cassidy’s love for all things numeric adds up to keen strategic insight on the volumes of marketing data that's so critical to our clients, but often so daunting to decipher. She is a dedicated (and we mean dedicated) TCU football fan, and her equal ability to converse in depth on the mysteries of the space/time continuum just adds to her charm! Cassidy joined the team in July of 2012.
Frank Laudo has more than 30 years experience on both the advertising agency and brand side, having worked for such blue-chip brands as Toyota, Sony PlayStation, Hyatt Hotels, and DirecTV. He is an international award-winning Creative Director and a creative leader with an outstanding track record of innovation and success in brand building and bottom-line results through general, direct, digital, and experiential marketing. Frank has also lectured at NYU’s Master’s Program, is a judge for the American Business Awards-Stevie Awards, and also served as a judge for the Direct Marketing Association’s ECHO Awards. Frank is an avid photographer and drone pilot/videographer/photographer always in pursuit of the perfectly composed photograph. He also loves to travel with his wife, Heather.
Everyone together — "Good morning, Ms. Brookshear!" Pam is WD’s new executive assistant to the CEO, Doug Briley. She spent 16 years teaching in local school districts, and became a teacher and headmaster at Covenant Classical School, where she met the Briley family. Pam is never short on her desire to help others and to make sure everyone in the office has a smile on their face.
When it comes to media strategy, our Media Director, Adrienne King, is never short on creative solutions. Armed with an Advertising degree from Texas Christian University, her edge in the agency never goes unnoticed. Twice named “Buyer of the Year” by the Dallas Chapter of Alliance for Women in Media, Adrienne’s relationships with vendors ensure that the client’s budget —big or smalls— delivers superior results.
Emily joined our Warren Douglas team in 2016 as a Paid Search/Analytics Intern. She immediately demonstrated an uncanny knack for executing smart digital campaigns for a variety of clients, and quickly moved up through the ranks to the position of Digital Strategy Manager. In this role, Emily uses a data-driven approach to craft strategic solutions across all digital platforms — particularly social media and Google. Prior to WD, Siegers graduated with honors from Texas Christian University (Go Frogs!) in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication and a minor in Arts Administration. A self-proclaimed music nerd, Emily’s instrument portfolio includes the oboe, English Horn, marimba, vibraphone, and a little bit of ukulele. Her love for the performing arts balances out her passion for analytics in a crazy left-brain, right-brain mash-up!
Shane began his time with the Warren Douglas team as a Full-Stack Developer, using his technical skills to help clients achieve their digital goals, before moving up to the role of Senior Manager, Software Development. After a successful career in retail management with national brands, such as CompUSA, Best Buy, and Samsung, Fisher is pursuing his passion for coding and programming on the agency side. He is a 1996 graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in computer science.
Amy Hencken’s customer service background gave her the foundation and experience required to make clients’ needs her top priority. She brings a knowledge of print, package design, and marketing to her role at Warren Douglas after a number of years working with CPGs in the packaging arena. She loves to see her efforts on behalf of a client (going to market, packaging, advertising, etc.) appear in the real world. Amy is the mother of two children and a small zoo of dogs and cats. Amy readily acknowledges that she is the crazy dog lady. She spends any spare time volunteering for local animal rescues.
